Global financial services provider for digital assets Ledn Inc. will soon service its client base through its regulated virtual asset service provider subsidiary under the supervision of the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority.
This comes after the company got registration and regulatory approval as a virtual asset service provider from the regulator.
Ledn offers digital asset financial products and services, including Bitcoin-backed loans and digital asset savings accounts.
Its co-founder and CEO, Adam Reeds, said the regulatory approval "is further testament to what we have been carefully building at Ledn, especially during a period when many of our industry peers are faltering."
Another co-founder, Mauricio Di Bartolomeo, called the approval a "critical milestone" for the company as it forges ahead with its global expansion plans.
